Book a Private Class! Step by Step Watercolor Class - Paint Your Own Pet Portrait

The cost is $350 for a 4 person class. Each additional person is just another $85/person. Max is 6 people per class. The date and time will need to be decided before the class is officially scheduled. Once the order is placed, the instructor will be in touch to determine all the details.

In this class, the instructor will guide you through the process of painting a 6" x 6" watercolor portrait of your very own pet! 

***You will be required to email a photograph of your choosing to jenn@theartseashop.com at least 1 week in advance of the class so that the instructor has time to sketch out the basic outline of your pet on watercolor paper for the class.*** 

During the class, the instructor will guide you through the process of "filling in" your drawing, to help you create the finished painting. This is a step by step process, and all levels are welcome! All materials will be provided, and you will be able to take home your finished painting.

This is a 3 hour class with a break halfway through. 

Instructor Bio: Rachel Shafer

"I minored in art at Moravian University where I focused mainly on oil painting. More recently, I started to experiment with watercolor doing pet portraits for friends and family which then turned into a fun side business. Since my watercolor technique is self-taught, it is not the traditional approach. I hope to teach that even without formal training everyone can still create a piece of art showcasing their furry friend."
